Order Dashboard Visibility

Overview

This video walks through how to enable Order Dashboard visibility within the Store OPS page. When it is enabled, business admins can view the store’s Order Dashboard directly inside the Store OPS page, which makes it easier to monitor orders and track store activity without switching screens. A new Explore Dashboard option also gives access to additional dashboards for deeper insights across the business.

Foundation Admin – Store Properties

To enable Order Dashboard visibility on the Store OPS page, three store properties must be configured. First, set showOrderDashboardonStoreOps to true, which activates the Order Dashboard inside the Store OPS view. Next, confirm that the existing property quicksightDashboardInfo is set to true, which enables the Analytics and Insights section in the admin panel. Finally, configure the existing property quicksightDashboardId with the required JSON values. These IDs define the dashboards available for inventory, catalog, promotion, order, subscription and loyalty, and with them in place the Order Dashboard is active on the Store OPS page.

Foundation Admin – Analytics and Insights

When showOrderDashboardonStoreOps is set to false, business admins must select Analytics and Insights to view the Order Dashboard.
