Overview
This video shows the Order Dashboard, which gives a comprehensive view of customer orders through interactive KPIs, filters and graphs for in-depth analysis and reporting. It covers how to open the dashboard, the KPIs and filters on the summary page, the visualizations and data grid, and the drill-down capability.
Analytics and Insights – Opening the Order Dashboard
To open the Order Dashboard, select Analytics and Insights, then select Orders from the left navigation panel. The dashboard displays all data related to customer orders stored in the Equinox database, and the main summary page is shown first.
Order Dashboard – KPIs and Filters
The summary page presents key performance indicators: total revenue, standard order value, subscription order value, total number of orders, total standard orders and total subscription orders. All the KPIs can be filtered with the filter panel. Selecting a date in the calendar picker filters the KPIs and the graph data to that time period, and the data can also be filtered by product ID, channel, category ID, promotion ID and SKU ID.
Order Dashboard – Visualizations and Data Grid
Scrolling down shows multiple visualizations: orders per hour, orders per day, order status, revenue by country and revenue by order type, including hourly breakdowns. Further down, a detailed data grid contains the raw data behind the dashboard, and it can be downloaded for further analysis or reporting.
Order Dashboard – Drill-Down
One of the key features introduced in this dashboard is drill-down capability. All the graphs are interactive. For example, to analyze revenue by product type, select the relevant bar in the graph, and a new tab opens with deeper insights based on that selection. This makes it easy to explore the data in more detail and make informed decisions about specific segments or metrics.
