Instance / Config Properties
Per-tenant configuration lives on the instances collection under properties, which may include a pluginConfig object (both array and nested-object storage shapes are accepted). Recognized pluginConfig structure:

Instance context (resolved instance + properties) is cached in-process for 5 minutes (max 100 entries).
