Error Codes
Error responses are localized. Every error carries a machine-readable errorCode, a localized errorMessage, an optional validations list of detail strings, and an optional details object populated by extension validators. Each response also sets an Error-Code header. Auth-related 401/403/424 responses are normalized to the same shape.
Code format & prefixes
Pattern: EQ-- (e.g. EQ-CRT-4040004 ? domain CRT, HTTP 404, sequence 0004). Prefixes in use:
