Agentic Commerce Interface (ACI) – Overview

Introduces ACI as the new “agent storefront” layer sitting between AI shopping agents (ChatGPT, Claude, voice assistants) and the e-commerce platform, built platform-agnostic to integrate with Equinox, Salesforce, Shopify, and other systems while absorbing emerging protocol standards — an integration layer, not a replatform.

  • Five Core Agents – Discovery, Support, Order, Subscription, and Wallet agents together cover the entire commerce journey, demonstrated through the merchant admin site that gives brands visibility and control over agent behavior.
  • Discovery Agent & Merchandising – Reads shopper intent and concerns to recommend styled, brand-consistent products (merchandising, not search), with an Agent Intelligence panel exposing Steps, Reasoning, and Profile — including query decomposition, key concerns, profile signals, and scoring breakdowns behind every recommendation.
  • Configurable Outcomes – Brand owners can fine-tune results by adjusting configurations (e.g., shifting the top driver from relevance to social proof), instantly changing agent recommendations without engineering involvement.
  • Order Agent – Handles the full purchase flow from cart to confirmed order without leaving the conversation.
  • Subscription Agent – Manages the full subscription lifecycle (pause, skip, swap) in-chat, with no separate portal required.
  • Support Agent – Resolves post-purchase support issues with context and intelligence, continuing directly in the same conversation rather than starting over.
  • Business-Configured, Not Engineering-Built – Merchandising teams weight Discovery ranking signals (relevance, profit margin, social proof, slot rules) and control supporting recommendations and seasonal campaigns; brand voice and support workflows are authored in plain language, reviewed, and activated — with subscription cancellations routed through a configurable retention flow (pause/skip/swap offered before confirmation) — all live in the admin console the moment it’s saved.
