Overview

This video shows how a CSR admin enables component-level, or sub-item, returns for orders through the store properties. It covers the store property that controls the feature, and how a CSR then returns an individual component of a bundle from a shipped order.

CSR Admin – Store Property

Under the ordersExtension store property, set disableBundleComponentReturn to false to allow component returns. False is also the default value. If the property is set to true, component or sub-item returns for an order are disabled.

CSR Admin – Returning a Bundle Component

Go to a shipped order and select the appropriate action, such as Return or Replace. For a bundle, expand the sub-items and select the product to return, then select the reason and quantity. The component item, or sub-item, is then returned.
