This video shows how to enable returns at the component or sub-item level for bundle orders. A property under the Order extension controls whether component returns are permitted, defaulting to enabled. Once configured, a CSR can open a shipped order, choose a return action, expand the bundle’s sub-items, and return an individual component by selecting its reason and quantity.
