Overview

This video shows how a CSR admin uses the feature that lets them select free gifts from a list of available choices when placing an order. It covers creating the order, choosing a gift for an eligible item, and completing the order with the gift in the cart.

CSR Admin – Selecting a Free Gift

Create an order and select the applicable items. These items include the option to add one free gift from multiple available choices. Add the item to the cart, and the CSR admin then has the option to select a gift. The list of available gifts is displayed, along with the quantity and the number of selections the CSR admin is allowed to make. The CSR admin selects the gift and adds it, and cannot add more gifts than the allowed number.

CSR Admin – Completing the Order

After the selection, select the add button and the gift is reflected in the cart. The CSR admin can then update the shipping and payment details and place the order.
