This video shows how a CSR selects free gifts when placing an order. When an item qualifying for a gift with purchase is added to the cart, a gift selection option appears listing the available choices along with the quantity and the number of selections permitted. The CSR selects and adds a gift, which is reflected in the cart, and cannot exceed the allowed number before completing shipping, payment, and placing the order.
