• Instance Admin – Manages all organizations and published assets across the Agentic Studio, Knowledge, Prediction, and Language tracks. Includes a master catalog of agents and assets, pre-built and governed connectors, platform-wide user visibility, spend tracking by model, and a permanent, unalterable audit log.
• Org Admin – Manages tenant workspaces within an organization from a single dashboard. Includes a curated catalog scoped to the org, connectors scoped to the org, visibility into member status, an approval flow for sharing assets org-wide, and an exportable audit trail.
• Tenant Workspace – Isolated workspace with its own scope, assets, and dedicated data connections. Includes AI agents that monitor the business and flag issues with recommended actions, a ready-to-use agent catalog, a tenant knowledge base, prediction models, and commerce-tuned language models.
• End User – Personal dashboard showing accounts at risk, knowledge base access, prediction models, and available language models.
