Promotion Admin Enhancements (Enterprise)

The following new features and enhancements have been added to Promotions Admin console, along with corresponding storefront changes.

BOGO Rule Enhancements

  • Summed-Up Buy X Get Y Discounts: Discounts on Get Y items are applied when the combined value of eligible Buy X items (including both normal products and special products) meets the configured threshold. Previously, only 100% discounts (free gifts) were supported; a percentage discount can now be applied on Get Y items once the threshold is met. Example: “Spend $300 on eligible Buy X items (normal + bundle products combined) → Get Y item at a discount.”
  • Summed-Up Cart Value for GWP (BOGO GWP): Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions in BOGO can now be triggered based on the subtotal value of Buy X products, calculated across both normal and special products. When the qualifying cart value threshold is met, one or more gift items can be awarded.
  • ‘AND’ Operator Support for Multiple SKU Conditions: Added ‘AND’ logic for multiple SKU conditions in BOGO promotions. Previously, a promotion would trigger if any single SKU condition was met; now it triggers only when all SKU conditions combined with the AND operator are satisfied. This applies to all BOGO types, including Buy X Get Y, Buy X and Y, Gift With Purchase, and bundle variations.

Direct Publishing of Promotion Groups and Promotions

Administrators can now publish promotion groups and individual promotions directly from the Promotions Admin Console (Enterprise), removing several manual configuration steps from the release workflow.

  • Publish Button: A new ‘Publish’ button initiates publishing for all or a selected subset of promotion groups or promotions.
  • Configure Publish Dialog: A new ‘Configure Publish’ dialog within Promotion Groups and Promotions, exposing ‘Publish Type’ (publish all, selected, or push only incremental changes) and Target Environment, Target Business ID, Target Store ID, and Target Store Promotion Collection ID — enabling publishing directly to a target environment of the same store, without manual configuration changes.

Ultra Admin – CSR Enhancements

The following new features or enhancements have been added to the CSR component of the Ultra Admin console.

General Features

  • Cart and BOGO GWP Free Gift Selection: CSR Admins can now select free gift SKUs for Cart GWP and BOGO GWP promotions during order creation. A new ‘SELECT GIFT’ button and ‘Select Gift Items’ drawer have been introduced in the Order Details section to enforce the maximum allowed gift count or quantity. Selected free gifts are displayed in the cart after all paid items, with options to modify selections and clear error messages when limits are exceeded.
  • Component-Level Returns for Bundles / Fixed Kit Products: Support has been added to disable component-level returns for bundle and fixed kit products within the CSR Replace/Return flow.
  • Restriction on Subscription’s Future Date/Month Tabs: The Subscription tab of Customers has been updated to restrict changes on future month/date tabs. Customer subscription product information can now be updated only in the ‘Show All’ tab. On future tabs, actions such as Frequency, Quantity, Remove, Skip, and Scan Card are disabled to prevent unintended changes.
  • Removed Account and Customer Attributes in Left Menus: The CSR Admin left navigation has been updated for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C stores to remove the ‘Account Attributes’ and ‘Customer Attributes’ menus, aligning the navigation structure with each store type.
  • Customer Phone Number Management with Country Code: Added a Country Code dropdown before the phone number when updating a customer address or adding a billing address during payment.
  • UI & Search Enhancements: Displays the ‘Order Source’ (One-Time / Subscription) field as the default filter in Advanced Order Search.
  • Region-Specific Address Fields Configuration: Updated the region-specific address fields (for example, for regions such as New Caledonia [PAC]) to align with the updated schema and ensure accurate validation during customer and billing address creation and updates.
  • Selective Credit Button Control in Customer Loyalty: The ‘Credit’ button is now hidden based on the reward type configuration when ‘manually added’ is set to false.
  • Simplified Admin Navigation with Configurable Enterprise Access: CSR Admin now appears by default in StoreOps, with additional admin menus shown dynamically based on configuration.

  • Introduced configurable custom action buttons (for example, bulk ‘Refresh Products’) with support for success/failure toast messages.
  • Enabled configuration of visible grid columns for Bin and SKU lists, and the ability to hide specific fields in the Create Bin and Add SKU drawers.

Enhanced Manageability of Saved Searches and Price Rules

  • Improvements have been made to saved search, price rules, synonyms, and redirect URL management, enabling both Editor and Admin users to access and maintain these features.

Preview & Publish

Introduces enhanced preview and publish capabilities in Merchandiser Admin, including role-based approval insights; clearly separated Live, Draft, and Scheduled publish tabs; future-dated storefront preview; reference product visibility; version history with rollback support; and product cloning to accelerate merchandising operations.

Approval Status Visibility

  • Role-based insight cards are now available in Merchandiser Admin, helping editors and approvers easily track items that require action.
  • Editors (ROLE_CATALOG_EDITOR, ROLE_PRICE_EDITOR, and ROLE_MERCHANDISE_EDITOR) and approvers (admin users) can view real-time counts of ‘Pending Submission for Approval’ and ‘Pending Approver Action’ records across Products, SKUs, and Categories directly on the Search Product page.
  • Each insight card includes ‘View Details’ links that navigate users to the corresponding Draft or Submitted lists, allowing quick access to filtered records needing attention.

Live, Draft, and Scheduled Publish Tabs for Products, SKUs, and Categories

Centralized Draft and Publishing Workflow

  • Merchandisers can now manage Product, SKU, and Category updates using dedicated Live, Draft, and Scheduled Publish tabs.
  • Changes can be initiated from any tab and saved using ‘Save as Draft’.
  • All draft changes are automatically consolidated in the Draft tab, providing a centralized view of pending updates across Products, SKUs, and Categories.

Improved Visibility and Indicators

  • Saved searches are supported for Live items only across Product, SKU, and Category lists.
  • Added an amber draft indicator on Live Categories that contain draft-only metadata changes.
  • Introduced a new Draft hierarchy status chip (‘Changes made in Hierarchy’ / ‘No Changes made in Hierarchy’) to quickly confirm whether the Draft hierarchy differs from the Live version.
  • Added a confirmation dialog when editing a product in the Live tab that already has a draft version, to prevent accidental overrides.
  • Displayed an inline note next to Variants clarifying that price and inventory updates affect the live version only and that future price changes should be managed via ‘Schedule Price’.

Draft Review and Submission

  • Within the Draft tab, Merchandise Editors, Admin users, and Business Admin users can review all proposed changes in a single, centralized view, make additional edits, and submit changes for approval directly from listing and detail pages using the new ‘Submit to Approval’ action.

Approval and Publishing Workflow

  • Pending Submission for Approval: Provides a Draft Version view of items awaiting approval.
  • Pending Approver Action: Provides an Unpublish Version view, enabling approvers to publish immediately or schedule changes for a later date.
  • After review and approval by Admin or Business Admin users, changes can be published immediately to the Live environment, or scheduled to go live at a specific future date and time (for example, up to one month from the current date) using Scheduled Publish.

Bulk Operations

  • Bulk Delete: Bulk-delete draft products and SKUs from the Draft Records view to quickly remove test or outdated items.
  • Individual and Bulk Operations: Merchandisers can now manage products, SKUs, and categories at individual and bulk levels from the Draft and Submitted listing pages, selecting up to 50 records to submit for approval, publish immediately, or schedule for a future date.

Scheduled Publish Timeline

  • Merchandising Admin now provides a unified scheduled publish timeline across the Product, SKU, and Category pages, and also allows viewing scheduled records via the Publish menu.
  • When a draft record is scheduled for a future date, it appears on the Scheduled Publish tab in a one-month, chronological timeline view, with times displayed in the store time zone and the nearest upcoming date automatically selected.
  • The Schedule Publish uses 5-minute time slots and always displays the store time zone to ensure accurately timed launches.
  • Color-coded dots indicate status: blue for a single record, green for the selected record, and orange for grouped records.
  • Zoom and horizontal scroll controls allow switching between date and time-slot views. The Publish menu displays up to three upcoming records, with a ‘View More’ link for the full list.

Reference Products Visibility

  • Merchandisers can now view reference products directly within Product, SKU Kit, Fixed Kit, and SKU detail pages.
  • The ‘Reference Products’ section provides visibility into products and SKUs associated with bundles, fixed bundles, collections, and SKU kits, clearly distinguishing mandatory and optional components.
  • Each reference item displays the product ID, name, and image.

Product/SKU Version History, Compare & Rollback

  • A Version History card has been added to the product and SKU details page. Its visibility is configurable at the store level.
  • Allows users to view, compare a particular version with live, and roll back up to the last 10 versions of a product or SKU, with a ‘View All’ option for additional version history.
  • Compare to Live: Compares the selected draft version against the current live data. Field-level differences are highlighted for quick review.
  • Rollback: Rolls back a selected version to create a new draft, which can then be edited before publishing.

Price Facet-Based Discount Calculation for Special Products

  • A ‘Calculate Discount’ action button is available on the product details page for Bundle, Fixed Bundle, SKU Kit, Fixed Kit, and Collection product types.
  • Selecting the button opens the Calculate Discount panel, allowing admin users to enter the discount percentage and view the discounted value for each price facet.

Clone Products and SKUs

  • Merchandisers can now duplicate Products and SKUs directly from detail pages across the Live, Draft, and Scheduled Publish tabs using the ‘Duplicate Item’ action.
  • The ‘Duplicate Item’ drawer allows users to define a new Product or SKU ID and update the item name.
  • Cloned items retain existing content such as attributes, categories, relationships, and locale data. For a cloned SKU, pricing and inventory are excluded, allowing merchandisers to configure item-specific commercial details independently.
  • All cloned items are created in Draft and remain fully editable after creation.

Promotions Future Date Preview

  • Marketing managers can preview the storefront as it will appear on a future date, enabling early validation of upcoming promotions before they go live.
  • This capability allows teams to verify promotion data for Products or SKUs across key storefront views, including PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout, helping ensure accurate pricing, discount application, and smoother promotion launches.

The following new feature or enhancement has been added to the Settings Admin console.

Content Management

  • Multi-Locale Editing for Product and Category Attributes: Enables locale-specific editing across product and category attributes, associated data models, and attribute values. ‘Translate ON’ displays a two-column layout with the default locale and the selected locale for efficient comparison and translation; ‘Translate OFF’ displays only default locale fields for simplified editing.

Add single or multiple invoices to a payment cart, review a consolidated payment summary, and complete payment in one transaction. Payable amounts are dynamically calculated and displayed based on selected invoices.
  • Invoice Visibility & Reporting: Use the invoice dashboard to view summary metrics, apply status and date-range filters, search invoices, and perform bulk exports for reconciliation or reporting. Access detailed invoice information and download invoice PDFs for records and approvals.
  • Account Status Transparency: If an account is suspended due to overdue invoices, buyers are shown a clear on-screen notification explaining the restriction. During suspension, buyers are prevented from progressing with actions such as adding products to the cart or proceeding with quotes, ensuring policy compliance and financial control.
