This release 8.20.7 enhances Reward Management and Voucher Handling for better organization and usability across Loyalty Admin and Ultra Storefront. Key updates include grouping of rewards, new transaction types, voucher visibility, and storefront improvements.

Loyalty Enhancements

Reward Management

  • Loyalty Admin now includes a new Reward Group field when creating rewards, allowing categorization into Internal Rewards or External Rewards for better organization.

Transaction Types & Voucher Visibility

  • New Transaction Types: Added support for “Added” and “Removed” transaction types in the Transactions Grid. All details for these types are captured and visible to admins.
  • Voucher Effective Date Display:
    • Effective date of loyalty vouchers is now shown in the voucher view.
    • Past effective dates highlighted in green, future dates in blue for quick identification.
  • Order Creation – Voucher Redemption:
    • Effective date displayed with color coding during redemption.
    • Apply button remains disabled until the voucher becomes effective and is enabled once the date is reached.

Ultra Storefront Enhancements

  • Ultra Storefront now supports new transaction types (“Added” and “Removed”) with an All Transactions view for improved transparency.
  • Voucher enhancements include:
    • Displaying Effective Date below Expiry Date with color coding (green for past, blue for future).
    • Disabling Apply until voucher becomes effective.
    • Consistent visibility during redemption and order creation for better usability.
