This video covers restrictions on the Update Subscription screen in CSR Admin. Updating the frequency, adjusting quantity, skipping an item, and removing an item are available only on the Show All tab and are disabled on the individual monthly tabs. Skip Shipment is available only on the monthly tabs, and Applied Discount only on the next month’s tab.
