Managing Page Builder (Ongoing)

Using Page Builder, you can build pages for your e-commerce storefront. As a merchant, you can customize and build pages quickly using the Gamelio or T-Giant-based page layouts. The pages for your storefront can be home pages, product list pages, category pages, product detail pages, and so on.

In Page Builder, you can add a page, edit a particular page, or delete a page.

Add a Page

A page is a container for different widgets, events and actions to create a rich visual experience that will be added to the storefront. You can add a page using the ADD A PAGE button. While adding a page, you can choose the appropriate layout for the page.

To add a page,

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Page Builder. The Page Builder page is displayed.
  2. Click Add a Page to build a new page.

    The Add a Page pop-up is displayed:
  3. Enter or select the page information.
    The following table provides the field description for adding a page.

    Field Description
    Page Title Enter the title for the page.
    Page Description Enter the description for the page.
    Page URL Enter the URL for the page.
    Page Layout Click on the drop-down arrow and select the required layout for the page.
    Status Select the status for the page:

    • ACTIVE: Indicates the active status of the page. Only the page with the active status is visible in the storefront.
    • INACTIVE: Indicates the inactive status of the page. A page with the inactive page is not visible in the storefront.
  4. Click the ADD PAGE The page is added to the Page Builder page.
    Note: To reset the fields, click CLEAR.

Edit a Page

You can edit a page using the Edit icon. The page ID and page layout cannot be modified.

To edit a page,

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Page Builder. The Page Builder page is displayed.
  2. In the Page Builder page, click the Edit icon on the required page.
  3. In the Update a Page section, make the required changes and click Update Page.

Delete a Page

SimplifyAdmin allows you to delete a page in the Page Builder.

To delete a page,

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Page Builder. The Page Builder page is displayed.
  2. Click the Delete icon against a page:

    The page is deleted.
