The Avalara Address app in Equinox will be able to validate the address provided by the user during their checkout journey or when the user adds an address to their profile. The app will validate, respond, and give the recommended address details.

Starter Apps

A starter app with boilerplate code is developed to help synchronize Catalog, Price, and Inventory updates between an external source system and Equinox microservice in near real-time. The solutions team can use the starter apps as a base to build an actual integration with client systems.

AI First: Automatic Review Approval for Business Tooling

Ability to auto reject the question and answers if there is any abusive, sexual, offensive, or personally identifiable information (PII) content present in the question and answers.

AI First: Promotion Proximity App for Ultra Storefront

Ability to display the promotion recommendations based on the items available in the cart. For example, increase the quantity to 2 to get 20% off.

AI-First: Business Assistant App

Admin users now have the ability to ask questions about the features of the Equinox Admin consoles directly through the chat interface. This capability is enabled on the Business Overview page. Upon submission, the Equinox Copilot will generate a comprehensive answer in line with admins guides.

AI-First: Special Product Suggestions

Introduced feature in the Ultra Storefront to view dynamic, relevant product suggestions including bundle products and SKU kits, triggered under specific conditions.
